1. Eligibility for Refund

- • Expired or tampered products.
- • Duplicate or accidental orders.
Note: Refunds apply only to unused, sealed items returned within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- • Opened/used agro products or vet supplies.
- • Downloaded digital content or accessed online consultations.
- • Items returned after 7 days.
- • Returns without order confirmation or receipt.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Submit order details and reason, including images if necessary.
- Our support team will respond within 2 business days.
4. Refund Process
- • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- • Refunds go to your original payment method (M-Pesa or card).
- • Return delivery may be required at your cost.
5. Exchanges
In some cases, we can replace the product instead of refunding. This is subject to stock availability and eligibility.
